Why visit one seaside town, when you can visit two iconic coastal gems in one day trip!!
Our first stop will be Whitley Bay, where you can visit the iconic Spanish City Dome. Treat yourself to traditional fish and chips or sit down for luxury dining under the magnificent historic dome.
Having a flat seafront making it easy for a relaxing stroll along The Links promenade, offering miles of clear sea-facing paths and benches looking outward to the St Mary's Lighthouse.
After been in Whitley Bay for approximately 2 1/2 hours we will make our way to the historic village of Tynemouth.
Here you can spend your afternoon exploring the Tynemouth Castle & Priory, with the dramatic cliff top ruins of the ancient English Heritage Priory, overlooking the mouth of the River Tyne. Alternatively, wander the high street, packed with high-end independant tea rooms, traditional pubs and antique shops.
Leaving Tynemouth approximately 5:30pm, arriving back in Hull for approximately 8pm.
